As an IFS Trainer I offer consultation in all aspects of the model to include helping therapists deepen their knowledge of the basic concepts, language and history of the model, as well as improving one's skills with applying it to your practice with clients.
Additionally, I have a specialty area in applying the model to psychotherapy groups. I have presented at the IFS Annual Conference on this topic four years in a row, and I was a presenter for the IFS 2021 Continuity Program on bringing IFS-Informed practice to psychotherapy groups.
Groups are a particular passion of mine because a group benefits from the opportunity of not only experiencing the Self-energy of others in the group and experiencing the healing power of being witnessed, but also bringing each individual's unique Self-energy to co-create the experience of the living "Self" of the group.
